Why do you like these products?
Semax was the first neuropeptide I tried and consistently helps me drop into “the zone”. On Semax I focus easier, enjoy better memory recall, and have an easier time connecting ideas.
Phenibut is the one the strongest and most pleasant recreational GABAergics. Since college, I used this one to socialize, relax, unwind, and sleep deeply. Especially before sports matches.
These last three all provide with my both mental and physical energy and appear to boost my resilience against general stress. Especially Mildronate & Bemitil.
Phenylpiracetam is my favorite and the most noticeable of all the racetams. It’s great for energy, workouts, and productivity, and staying awake.
Mildronate is the one I most recently discovered. It has nice ergogenic, performance enhancing benefits. It seems to improve my endurance, decision making, and settles my nerves. Great before competition.
Bemitil is an actoprotectant (synthetic adaptogen) that has pleasant potent, smooth, and safer stimulating effects. Without the tension or jitters caused by most stimulants. I first bought some from another vendor about five years ago, and didn’t like it. The product from CosmicNootropic is another story. It’s great to enhance physical training, to offset periods of high stress, or to even replace caffeine. I love to stack it with bromantane (another actoprotectant).
Note that some of these are banned for use in elite sports.
Describe your experience of taking these products
I like to rotate and stack these products. I’ll take the actoprotectants in the mornings once or twice per week. I’ve found that tolerance to phenylpiracetam builds fast, so I limit my usage to once per week max. Same with phenibut. I’ll use that on Friday or Saturday night before going out as an alcohol alternative. I use Semax about once per week and rotate it with my other nootropics.
Every few months I will rotate each substance out completely for two weeks to completely resensitize the relevant receptors.
Please share any biohacking tips you’d like to give our customers
You can use nootropics as a shortcut to build tedious healthy habits or to offset willpower running low.
There are also lots of habits and other ingredients that can either potentiate or blunt the benefits of each substance. It’s smart to do some of your own research before ordering and keep a log of your experiences with everything you take.
That way you can reflect on what works and what doesn’t for your unique neurobiology. Especially when you rediscover something several years in the future.
