Delivery terms

Our orders are shipped with the International Registered Mail processed by the Russian post and your local postal service.

We have successfully delivered our products to our customers in: USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Israel, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, India, Mexico, Colombia, and Oman.

The maximum total price is 999 USD. For orders exceeding the maximum total price, please contact us.

Shipping Services

We mainly ship from Moscow, Russia. All of our shipments are trackable along the way. All parcels are usually delivered by a courier, which means you do not need to pick it up at the post office. If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, you will need to wait for another delivery attempt or come to your nearest postal office. It is YOUR responsibility to look up the tracking number and pick up your parcel. For tracking purposes, we advise you to use the services of Russian Post. 

Delivery Times for Registered Mail (Standard Shipping)

Packages are generally shipped over the next 24 hours following the payment on working days, holidays and weekends. This might not be true for certain products that require preordering from our suppliers. Such products include Cytomaxes, Cytamins, Cytogens ans some other. The US domestic shipping packages are shipped within one working day (18 hours on average).

Average Shipping Times for Registered Mail (please note, these are only estimates and shipping may take longer):

  • 3-7 days for the US domestic shipping
  • 14 - 20 days for customers in the EU and the UK (up to 30 days);
  • 14 - 30 days for customers in the USA;
  • 15 - 25 days for customers in Singapore and Japan (up to 30 days);
  • 15 - 25 days for customers in New Zealand and Australia (up to 30 days).

  • For orders below 29 USD:       7 USD
  • For orders from 30 to 99 USD:       5 USD
  • For order above 100 USD:              FREE 

US Domestic shipping

We are happy to offer US domestic shipping (Eligible for certain products)

Proceed to finalize your order and pay for your order. Please note that you will also need to select appropriate shipping option.

  • US domestic orders are shipped within one working day (18 hours on average). Shipping time is 3-7 days on average.
  • If your order contains other items, it will be fulfilled by our US partners only partially. The remaining part will be shipped from Russia via regular mail. We strongly recommend to avoid this.
  • Prices are 15% higher for the items shipped from the US.This is because it takes money and effort to get the products to the warehouse of our fulfillment partner and to store them there.

EMS (Express Mail Service)

This is a more expensive option and packages are usually delivered a few days faster than those shipped by Registered Mail.

Please note: we have no control over the postal times in transit. Even EMS shipments can sometimes take more than 2 weeks to arrive. We guarantee your shipment will be processed and shipped promptly upon receiving the payment.

Shipping Costs for the EMS (offered only for some destinations):

  • For orders below 99 USD:       25 USD
  • For orders from 100 to 199 USD:   20 USD
  • For orders above 200 USD:            15 USD

We recommend sticking to  Registered Mail option, since EMS parcels are not necessarily quicker. EMS may be suitable if you urgently require your product or if you are concerned with stability of Semax/Selank or Visomitin.

Customs and Taxes

Generally, under the US law as well as under the laws of most countries nootropics are not considered prescription drugs. Therefore, their import is not regulated. It is legal for people in the US to order non-scheduled food supplements and chemical compounds for individual consumption or for research, respectively.

At the same time, customs reserves the right to hold your products for inspection. The chance of an inspection is very small unless you are from Canada or Australia where this happened before. If customs opens a sealed package, it always adds an “opened by customs” sticker or sign. It will then pass the parcel to the postal service for delivery.

In order to ensure faster uninterrupted delivery we mark all our parcels as gifts. For the UK and some other countries  shipments we also indicate the value of less than 30 USD so that you would not need to pay the import duty.

Packaging

Our products are usually shipped in standard Russian post cardboard boxes. Contents inside are wrapped in bubble wrap. For smaller orders we use standard postal plastic bags with bubble wrap.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from January 19, 1998. Therefore, we only refund damaged products or goods of inadequate quality.
  • If the parcel gets seized by customs or is lost for any reason, we will refund you the full amount within 5-7 business days if you are not from one of the aforementioned high risk countries. You can read one of our customer's feedback on this topic. Alternatively, we can re-ship your order free of charge(most customers choose this option and usually end up with two orders because the original packaging was just delayed and not lost). If you choose a refund option you will need to provide your BTC address, credit card number or your PayPal address.

Your order in not eligible for refund if:

  • You did not pick up your parcel during the hold time. We try our best to inform our customers on the shipment status, but we cannot pick up the parcel for the client. 
  • You were unsatisfied with the product. If you are using any of the products without a prescription from a qualified MD, you assume all the risks associated with such a decision. It includes the cases where the product is not working for you, which might sometimes happen as metabolic processes can differ greatly in different individuals.

    Reshipments 

    We strive to deliver the best possible shopping experience to our customers and usually reship stuck or seized parcels. Reshipment is usually done within 5-7 business days. Reshipment may be delayed if we have too many unfulfilled orders or the items you have ordered are not currently available.

    We only reship orders that have been in transit for more than 31 day and if you are from a country, where we have previously successfully shipped to.

    We reserve the right to decline a reshipment request, if we believe the reshipment is unlikely to be successful.

    Shipping to high-risk destinations

    We consider certain countries to be high-risk in terms of nootropics import. We can still ship your order to such a country; however, you should be aware, these countries are known to us as the countries which previously blocked parcels containing nootropics, or we simply have no shipping experience with a country. 

    If you are ordering a shipment to one of the high-risk countries, be sure that you are not breaking any local laws and consult the import regulations beforehand.

    For these destinations we follow standard market shipping practice.

    We are responsible for the parcel only until it arrives in the recipient country.

    Customs in the destination country, the work of local postal operators, and any legal action in connection with illegal imports are outside our responsibility. If the parcel is returned to us and the products are intact and/or are not the products with a limited shelf life (Semax/Selank/Vizommitin), we can issue a refund in bitcoins, minus the shipping cost (10 USD).

    We do not handle the shipping process. We recommend that all inquiries concerning delays in postal services be addressed to the Russian Post and your local postal service provider.
