Delivery and Refund
We are shipping our orders with the International Registered Mail processed by the Russian post and your local postal service.
We do not handle the shipping process ourselves. All inquires concerning delays in postal services to be addressed to the Russian Post and your local postal service provider.
We have successfully delivered our products to our customers in: USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Israel, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, India, Mexico, Colombia, and Oman.
Your order should satisfy the following conditions; otherwise, it cannot be processed:
- The minimum total price is 10 USD;
- The maximum total price is 999 USD;
If your order exceeds the maximum total price, please contact us.
We mainly ship from Moscow, so your parcel is shipped directly from Russia to your country. Our shipments are tracked all along the way. All parcels are also usually delivered by the courier so that you do not need to go to your closest postal service. If the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, you need to wait for another delivery attempt or go to your closest postal office. It is YOUR responsibility to look at the tracking number and pick up your parcel. For tracking purposes we advise you to use the services of Russian Post.
Delivery Times for Registered Mail (Standard Shipping)
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after payment. For the US domestic shipping packages are dispatched within one day (12 hours on average).
Average Shipping Times for Registered Mail (please note that these are our estimates and shipping may take longer):
- 3-7 days for the US domestic shipping
- 14 - 20 days for customers in the EU and the UK (up to 30 days);
- 17 - 30 days for customers in the USA;
- 15 - 25 days for customers in Singapore and Japan (up to 30 days);
- 15 - 25 days for customers in New Zealand and Australia (up to 30 days).
Shipping Costs for Registered Mail Service worldwide
- For orders from 10 to 29 USD: 7 USD
- For orders from 30 to 99 USD: 5 USD
- For order above 100 USD: FREE
US Domestic shipping
We now offer US domestic shipping for some of our products.
To use this opportunity search our products for the Ships from: US option. Here is an example of how it should look to you:
Just select the US option and add a product to your shopping cart in a normal fashion.
Proceed to finalize your order and pay for your order as usual. There is no need to select any special shipping option and the shipping rates themselves are the same.
From this point your order will be passed to our fulfillment partner.
- US domestic orders are dispatched within one day (12 hours on average). Shipping time is only 3-7 days on average.
- If your order contains other items as well, only part of it will be fulfilled by our US partners. The other part will be shipped from Russia via regular mail. We strongly recommend to avoid this.
- Prices are slightly higher for the US shipping items. The reason is that we do not charge extra for the shipping itself, all costs are included in the price of the product.
EMS (Express Mail Service)
This is a more expensive option and it is usually delivered a few days faster than Registered Mail.
Please note, that we do not control postal times in transit, and even EMS can sometimes take more than 2 weeks to arrive. What we can guarantee is that we will ship your order promptly upon receiving the payment.
Shipping Costs for the EMS (offered only for some destinations):
- For orders from 10 to 99 USD: 25 USD
- For orders from 100 to 199 USD: 20 USD
- For orders above 200 USD: 15 USD
We usually advise our customers to stick to the Regular shipping option, since EMS parcels are processed by the Russian Post, so they are not necessarily much faster. EMS can be suitable for you if you urgently need the products or if you are concerned with stability of Semax/Selank or Visomitin.
Customs and Taxes
If you are from the US, there is no reason to worry, as we have extremely rarely experienced any problems and therefore guarantee full refund/free reshipment if anything happens.
For other countries: we always fill customs declarations properly; however, we cannot always guarantee the aforementioned delivery times, as customs has the right to hold the products that you ordered for inspection.
There is no reason for your package to get seized, unless the drugs are scheduled under your country's laws. Seizures are incredibly rare, but customs may hold your products for inspection. If customs opens a sealed package, it always adds an “opened by customs” sticker. The chance of an inspection is very small unless you are from the list of countries that we do not ship to. But in this case the system will not allow you to place an order.
In order to ensure faster uninterrupted delivery and also to avoid possible complications in certain countries we mark all our parcels as gifts. In the case of the UK we also indicate the value of less than 30 GBP so that you would not need to pay the import duty.
Our products are usually shipped in standard Russian post cardboard boxes
with the contents wrapped in bubble wrap. For smaller orders we use standard postal plastic bags with bubble wrap.
- Refunds are processed according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from January 19, 1998. Therefore, we only refund damaged products or goods of inadequate quality.
- If the parcel gets seized by customs or is lost for whatever reason, we will refund you the full price of the order within 5-7 working days if you are from the US, the UK, Poland, Switzerland, France, Netherlands and a few other countries. You can read one of our customer's feedback on this topic. Alternatively we can reship your order for free - most customers choose this option and usually end up with two orders because the original packaging was just delayed. If you choose a refund option we will ask you for your BTC address, your credit card number or your PayPal address.
Your order in not eligible for refund if:
- You did not pick up your parcel during the hold time. We try our best to inform our customers on the status of the shipment, but we cannot pick up the parcels for the client.
- You were unsatisfied with the product. If you are using any of the products on this site without a prescription or recommendation from the qualified MD, you assume all the risks connected to such decision. It includes the product not working for you completely, which might sometimes happen as our brain's metabolic processes can greatly differ from one person to the other.
We try to deliver best possible shopping experience to our customers and usually try to reship stuck or seized parcels. Reshipments are usually done within 5-7 business days. Reshipments may be delayed if we have too many unfulfilled orders or is items that you've ordered are not currently available.
We only reship orders that are in transit for more than 31 day and if you are from the country where we have successfully shipped to previously.
We reserve the right to decline any reshipment request, if we think that the reshipment is unlikely to be successful.
