i will be honest and say i ordered this because of its affects on serotonin and oxytocin, so i had an expectation, to feel something if anything .."better".. so incase that is anyones intended use, it doesnt do that. but i will say it does positively affect mood for a few weeks (hince: the serotonin aspect of the supplement) very subtle.
