What Is Phenibut?
Phenibut is a GABAergic drug with anxiolytic and nootropic effects. It is used in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and some other countries as a mood elevator, a tranquilizer, and a nootropic for anxiety. Phenibut is a derivative of the naturally occurring inhibitory neurotransmitter Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid, or GABA. An extra phenyl ring makes Phenibut cross the blood-brain barrier much better than the original compound. [2]
Phenibut was synthesized in the USSR in the 1960s by the Soviet chemist and professor Dr Perekalin. Phenibut was recognized for its brain stimulation and anxiety-reducing effects.

Very useful for sleep but use sparingly
I find it to be a very pleasant sleep aid, but I only use it occasionally just to be safe. It’s a good tool to have, but don’t abuse it. Just like any other substance the withdrawals will be opposite of what benefit you get. If you abuse this your withdrawals could be unpleasant. If you can’t use stuff like alcohol and **** in moderation then I would stay away from it.

Works great, easy to use/dose. It's seems like Phenibut is getting harder and harder to source in USA. I used to buy it by the Kilo and make my own 500mg capsules (size 00). But I either can't find it in bulk (normal supplier out of stock for a long time), or those that DO have it in bulk, are selling 10-25 Kilo's at a time! It costs too much like that, and I'd never use it all in 10-lifetimes! These tablets are good, easy to dose, and I have found that just ONE does the job for me (and at 250mg the tablet is 1/2 what I took when I made the capsules). Thus I found out that with Phenibut, LESS is MORE! In other words, 250mg works for me with these tablets - works to eliminate anxiety, and help me to sleep all thru the night.
