PICAMILON: Helped then hurt
I took Picamilon to avert depression and anxiety I experienced prior to having post menopausal hot flashing. And during the first 6 weeks it worked just fine. Then I started to have the sensation that I was going to faint, and had to sit down quickly. This happened several times until I quit taking Picamilon. It took about 4 days to have these effects clear my system. I am afraid to take more of this product because of these near fainting spells.

We were recommended the use of this product to calm and adjust GABA for my husband. He has high anxiety due to PFS. This appears to blunt some of that anxiety when taken. It does have some getting used to, but definitely calms some of the chaos. Be aware, it could feel like it blunts emotions which is normal.
