It’s very on unique mechanism of action, Several mechanisms of actions actually from what the literature shows and I believe it certainly does have some value in relieving manifestations or deep, internalized “foreboding and possibly existential, dread or thoughts “seems effective for mild or general social anxiety, agoraphobia perhaps even effective in treating both anxiety and depression, it reminds me a little bit of life what we have in the United States the medication Buspar/Buspirone only I would say 100 times more effective than that. This is one of those medication is much like Buspar I’ve seen people all too many times in despair frustration simply say, shaking their heads “It don’t work” understandable because I still very much independent on my rescue medication’s for me being the Clonazepam 0.5mg 3x a day what I know considered to be a God send the Selank I truly have never felt relief of both anxiety and depression, almost simultaneously at the same time as I did with the heavenly Selank, take it short term/take it long-term. Why can’t we just take what makes our quality of life just a little better and a little gentler everything is subjective and different to each patient despite contrary to what doctors and providers going by just really DEA laws at the end of the DEA laws at the end of the day as how I see it but I have been taking the advised recommended daily dosage 100mg (2 50mg capsules 3x a day) I also am intrigued by the literature out on the Grandaxin/Tofisopam it soft being the mildest of mild, but indeed a benzodiazepine, interesting articles and literature out there using that medication as well for the treatment of schizophrenia that is genetic in both me and my biological sisters case both prone to and suffer from seizures, and believe me some of the anti-convulsions out there that are recognized as a standard of treatment generally Depakote and Haldol neurological afflictions that I have have been on the as rough stuff! rough stuff talking about the Depakote/Valproic acid The stomach cramping ringing in the ears, just to name a couple, pretty dreadful side effects just could not tolerate They love to throw that one at you in a given chance I’ve noticed too.”Let’s just a little mood stabilization” Only the side effects with that we’re not so painful really so I gentle effective relief and who on earth could blame you I recognize also the Stresam Really must be taken regularly daily and can take a week or 2 before you begin to see notice results weeks before you begin noticing improvement in symptoms and results, And it’s a little on the costly side $80–$90 But I would say give this a try It has several different mechanisms of action, not only with GABA receptors, but serotonin and a few other different ones as well. Wonderful swell product, I take usually 100 mg 3x a day and as my title says supplemental to.. I guess that niacin molecule attached to the GABA really what was needed, another vitamin or amino acid sounds like could be vitamin B6 I believe, this is almost neck and neck with the Pantogam Active n-pantoyl-gaba I believe? Pantogam active subjectively from my personal experience the Pantogam Active being superior. Yes indeed though..GABA alone as we know very little to none crosses the blood brain barrier and unfortunately is not real effective, unless it is supplemented with and what I find to be real effective your L-Theanine, Valerian Root and Vitamin B6. Give it a try I think you will be very impressed absolutely blows the “NOW” brand and most all the other form of GABA you see sold in most retail stores and health food stores across the United States out of the water, there is one that is supposed to be pretty good too, though although it’s not actually manufacturing United States, I believe in Japan called PharmaGABA. Decent relief for anxiety

As someone who suffers from a genetic neurological condition finally after a brain scan and MRI doctor agreed I suffer from a form of a seizure disorder, causing my brain to misfire at rapid succession as well as PTSD and at times debilitating/crippling panic attack attacks with panic disorder, and have been on Clonazepam for a very, very long time and being forced to wean/taper off of .. even though I am medication compliant with random pill counts and through my drug screen and urine analysis nonetheless and understandably so..I seek relief, and I believe the Grandaxin (Tofizopam) usually 100 mg three times a day, other times 200 mg 2x a day I believe this medication is very helpful at bringing gentle relief, or sort of a gentler landing if you well I almost see it as the tramadol of benzodiazepines, now this review is entirely subjective specific to just my personal genetic make up neurological condition and by no means is this medical advice but simply my personal/subjective review, and in all honesty “GABAergic” wise, if I had to rate them in order from most effective to least I would say 1) Pantogam Active 2) Grandaxin 3)Picamilon and 4th because I see this one is comparing apples to oranges not that it is the least effective by any means perhaps the most effective..but the Selank, start out with the 0.15% nasal drops as prescribed, directed by Cosmic Nootropics and would like to encourage other customers to please check out the YouTube channel as well!! if you are under the care of a medical doctor consult with them being your own advocate, do some research and stay well, blessings and Best of Regards to all!! -Justin F

Effects on CPTSD

I have CPTSD, I previously had what are called PTSD flashbacks, which are intense hallucinations which I could fall to my knees and be living in a past memory for a few minutes up to hours. Mostly they would last about 3 to 5 minutes though luckily. My symptoms of CPTSD are indeed, or were indeed, quite extreme, I had many more symptoms than just that one though. Restlessness, PTSD flashbacks, nervous system collapse, some periods of developmental regression, not consistent or constant, but where I’m presenting as developmentally younger because those traumas are unresolved from my childhood. The worst I’d ever experienced was a little over 2 hours long of a PTSD flashback. Previous to taking cerebrolysin, I had been able to be in remission from those types of symptoms thankfully, in addition, this absolutely helped me to achieve greater degrees of relief. Less stress, better cognitive performance, better focus, smoother workflows in general overall. I took 5ML every other day with a total of 10 ampules. I will be doing this again 2-4 months post day 1 of the first round I did. I’m unsure of that timing as of now, either way though, it definitely helped, and I’ll be using this again. I did break the bottle and cut my finger on a day trying to open the ampule, this is clearly my fault. I’m going to use an ampule opening device in the future to protect from that type of error. I was definitely super afraid to do this at first and I also messed up the injection on another day, clearly getting the cerebrolysin in my adipose tissue which caused a huge lump, I gently massaged it out over the course of a few hours and it was basically gone by the next day. I had researched other people who do insulin injection who have those issues, and the lump can last for days, but those people clearly didn’t massage out the injected liquid into the surrounding tissue, so just in case that happens to someone else, it totally works to just gently, over time, massage it into the surrounding tissue. I was definitely super freaked out though at first. Overall, this is amazing, I for sure had multiple user errors, but this is my fault. Thanks for this! - matt mattgriffo.com

Okay product!

I've used many tinctures in my life, and personally, I found this product to be less potent and strong compared to the 1:3 tinctures I usually use. The product contains 70% ethanol, which I feel is too high for daily use. Additionally, the bottle reminds me of old nail polish remover bottles. Overall, it's an okay product, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Noticeable but not overpowering

Having used Ritalin or Modafinil, thd focus from it can be overpowering at higher doses, buy also the side effects like anxiety anx insomnia too. Phenylpiracetam on the other hand, gave me focus but with no issue with relaxing and sleeping in the evening. I reversed my cognitive brain by 10 years while being on it. There was 9 months in between tests, so things like quitting and alcohol and sleeping better helped too.

I've been on various psychiatric medications prior to trying Selank, most with little to no help - at one point leading more toward a benzodiazepine addiction. The first time taking Selank, it gave me an almost euphoric sense of calm and clarity. Probably not so much from the effect as from just experiencing the absence of suffering. I also suffer from major ADHD, for which it also seemed to help significantly sharpen my focus. The "euphoria" only lasted throughout the first bottle - probably because it actually helped me recover to a level that lasted even several weeks after I ran out. Yes, it did work that well. During this time I had also been struggling with infection and several cures of antibiotics - apparently, Selank seems to work partially by boosting the immune system, which would explain its efficiency at this point. After starting Selank I actually did recover a great deal in that area as well, which may very well be connected to the course. I use it less frequently now due to the cost, but even intermittent dosing seems to keep me going long-term. I suspect my HPA axis may be pretty messed up which is indeed a link betweene immune functionality and anxiety, further impairing my cognitive ability on top of the ADHD, so if you're physically imbalanced this may very well be more effective even for mental clarity and focus than the otherwise recommended Semax. Cosmic Nootropic has by far the best prices shipping to my area and I would definitely vouch for this product. Only downside is that delivery time varies and might leave you waiting for quite long, likely due to customs processing - so make sure to plan your orders timely if you're afraid of running out.
