I can't believe how much this increases my stamina and endurance. At the end of my typical workout I feel like I can do the whole workout again. It works from the first dose. Increases cardio training duration and intensity as well as vo2 max. I also notice a go get it dopamine effect. It's a great pre workout especially on the days you don't feel up to working out

Love it!
I have very high anxiety. Sometimes it can make me nearly un functional. It completely removes anxiety from me without making me feel tired or strange. I have never taken anything like this that actually really and truly removes all anxiety and allows me get on with a clear head.

Worked for me
All I can say is I saw cognitive benefits right away, I was rehabbing torn abdominals and I believe the cere gave me the mental fortitude to do all the activities necessary to support the repair (even when it didn’t feel good). I had more energy and clarity overall. 10/10 would recommend

I enjoy this
Take note everyone is different and will have different experiences. For me, this drug is quite fascinating. It assists with my prescribed ADHD medication on the days I take breaks and increases efficacy. It has slight effects on lessening chronic pains, nothing very pronounced but noticeable. It can causes some anxiety if the dose is too high. I used to be prescribed benzodiazepines & this is very different. Increases sentence fluency & thought clarity. I recommend cycling. PHENOTROPIL
Used to get PHENYLPIRACETAM from another nootropic source before it was taken off the market then found Cosmic Nootropic where I was again able to get it. Then it too disappeared and this took t’s place. It’s called phenylpiracetam but this PHENOTROPIL d\oes absolutely nothing for me despite using the same 300 mg dose of the originally offered item. Not faulting Cosmic Nootropic , just what ever the difference is between the two , this one does nothing . Hate to leave a negative review , but this was my experience with it.

No change or imporvement
I haven't noticed any changes in mood, memory/focus, anxiety/sleep or overall cognition. I took this to help with depression and memory most notably, although i appreciate this product likely would require 3-6m of use, without any benefit noted so far im struggling to want to commit to a longer protocol, as in my experience i usually notice some slight improvement within 4 weeks (at least improved HRV- which unfortunately even in this time of very little life stress has not improved with selank). Great company, i appreciate the diverse product selection, customer service and ability to pay with CC. will try other prodcuts
