Storage Conditions

Good value when shipped from overseas
The Alpha GPC choline supplement caused stomach upset. Nothing happened but it was pretty uncomfortable. I tossed it out. The Pantogam Active seems to be useful for reducing anxiety, but its subtle without any other obvious effects, unlike Selank which noticeably improves my mood. Ive tried taking them both together and it helps before going out to socialize. As for the racetams, I started with the piracetam and noticed a cognitive boost in my mental clarity. While its a little hard to tell, I dont think the \'stronger\' Phenotropil and Noopept racetams work any better than regular piracetam for me, and might have less of an effect.
