CosmicNootropic is a logistic service company located in Kazakhstan that can deliver pharmaceutical goods not available in your country. We seek and purchase products upon your order, your behalf and for your own personal use only. We do not produce the products presented on the website ourselves.

All our medical products have undergone three stages of clinical trials in the country they are sourced from. And they have a long history of use unlike many of the supplements and research compounds that can be purchased freely in the US and other countries.

To the best of our ability, we strive to comply with:

• the Restore Online Shopper’s Confidence Act, 15 USCS § 8401, et seq.; 
• the Unordered Merchandise Statute, 39 U.S.C. § 3009; 
• the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C. § 6801, et seq. (GLBA), and all regulations implementing the GLBA; and 
• all other applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, while providing access to and protecting individuals’ rights to transparent, factual information, informed decision-making, and freedom of choice in product selection.

The products that are shipped to the US have an FDA-compliant labeling in English.

To the US Citizens 

Please note that you are only allowed to import a 3-month supply of a particular product and for personal use only. Upon your request we can add an informational leaflet that might be helpful in those rare cases when your parcel might be taken for an inspection by the US customs or FDA.

No statements anywhere on this website have been evaluated by the FDA. In the US these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. When ordering products from the US warehouse the customer explicitly instructs us to deliver the same quantity to our fulfillment center. Refrain from use if you are at risk of psychiatric, liver, heart, or thyroid disease, diabetes, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, pernicious anemia, or difficult urination due to enlarged prostate. See your health care practitioner before use if you are taking any prescription drug or MAO inhibitor. Keep all of these products out of the reach of children. None of these products are intended for use by persons under the age of 18 unless approved by a health care practitioner.

If you are from Australia, we highly recommend that you refrain from purchasing Phenibut. It is officially banned in Australia and will likely be stopped by the customs. In this case, we can’t be held accountable and won’t be able to refund or reship your order.

Terms and Conditions

General legal points

1. You must be a legal adult in your country to purchase our products. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you are verifying that you are a legal adult. It is strictly against our Terms and Conditions to supply any of our products to the minors. You are also responsible for the well-being of any third party, to whom you give our products. Giving our products to a third party without informing them of associated dangers and risks is the responsibility of the customer.
2. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall lie in the courts of Kazakhstan. The laws of Kazakhstan shall govern the dispute. Each party irrevocably consents to the service of process in any such dispute if served in accordance with the notice provisions contained herein. 
3. We are not affiliated with trademark holders of the products, which are advertised on our website.
4. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CosmicNootropic and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
5. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The product information and instructions on the website are provided for educational purposes only and have been translated from Russian into English to the best of our abilities without modifications, so that people can access original information from the producers rather than relying on unverified anecdotal reports. 2. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
3. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
4. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
5. You have the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from CosmicNootropic.
6. You agree to comply with instructions, if any, furnished by CosmicNootropic relating to the use of the products and not misuse of the products in any manner.
7. You agree to be named Importer of Record for any and all shipments from us. As an extension of this, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations regarding import/export in the country where you reside and where you will receive our shipments. It is your responsibility to know and understand your local laws and regulations before ordering and receiving a shipment of CosmicNootropic products. If you agree to import any CosmicNootropic products, then you agree to pay for any fees, fines, legal expenses, or any other costs that may be associated with any potential violations of import/export or other laws and regulations of your country of residence and receipt.
8. Shipping is not available for narcotic and prescription drugs, because we work in accordance with national and international legislation. And we do not act against the established medical practice, but rather complement it.  
9. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Reshipment and Refund Rules.
10. We can only be responsible for shipping to the destination specified in the order. If you use a forwarder or a shipping aggregator, it is your responsibility and we cannot provide any compensation for the actions of the third parties.
11. In purchasing any of these items, the customer acknowledges that there are risks involved with consumption or distribution of these products. 12. When the purchaser elects to pay for their order with a credit card, they forfeit the right to request a chargeback with their card provider.
13. If you are a US citizen, by buying from CosmicNootropic.com you agree that your purchase here meets the conditions described by the FDA on the individual import of drugs:
14. The drug is to be used for a serious condition for which effective treatment is not available in the United States;
15. There is no commercialization or promotion of the drug to the US residents;
16. The drug is considered not to represent an unreasonable risk;
17. The individual importer of the drug verifies that it is for his or her own use, and provides contact information of the doctor providing treatment or shows that the product is for the continuation of the treatment begun in a foreign country; and
18. Generally, not more than a 3-month supply of the drug is imported.

1. You further warrant that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.
2. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store and to provide all the available information from the producers and medical organizations involved in certification and clinical testings of these products.
